Access

By car

Coming via the motorway A35,

  • Take the exit N2350 “Robertsau/Wacken/Avenue des Vosges/Institutions Européennes”.
  • Then follow street “Jacques Kablé”
  • Turn to Bd Ohmacht, Bd Jacques Preiss
  • Go left to “Allée de la Robertsau”.

There is a small parking closeby.

 

By plane

Strasbourg Airport’s name is “Strasbourg / Entzheim“. Airport international code is SXB.
From Strasbourg Airport, there is a direct train that drives you to the city center from which you can take public transport facilities (see below).

Strasbourg may also be easily reached from Mulhouse-Basel Airport (BSL), from which you can take a train to Strasbourg, and from Frankfurt Airport (FRA), from which you can take a Lufthansa Bus to Strasbourg. The bus stop is very close to Strasbourg train station.

By Local public transport

From Strasbourg train station, you have different options to reach Pavillon Joséphine.

You may either :

Take the Bus nr 2 until bus stop “Tauler” and then walk about 5 mins to the Tournamnt Hall.

Walk to “Faubourg de Saverne” and then take the Bus nr L6 to bus stop “Conseil de l’Europe” and then go through the park to reach the venue in 2 minutes.

 

Tramway line nr E has a very close stop, named “Droits de l’Homme”. Depending on where your hotel is located, this may be an option to consider as well.

About using public transports in Strasbourg

Public transport network is quite well-developed in Strasbourg.

You may take a 3-day ticket for only 9.30 Euros, which may be quite convenient for your stay during the tournament.
